This brief but detailed description of each plan will help you decide which plan best suits your requirements.
Hub Maintenance
This plan is aimed at the Client, who owns the machine. The Client can manage requests for quotes on machines and spare parts, generate purchase orders, and perform maintenance. They can also schedule preventive maintenance, create a knowledge base, and receive work orders.
Hub Services
Focused on the Distributor, who sells machines and spare parts, issues extended warranty contracts, and manages quotes for both Clients and Manufacturers. In addition, the Distributor can perform technical services on the machines of their Clients, schedule preventive maintenance, create a knowledge base, and generate Pro-Forma and shipping orders. The Distributor can also take the Manufacturer’s price list and create a new one for the Client.
Hub Manufacturer
Manufacturers assemble and sell equipment to end Clients, providing detailed information on items to both Distributors and Clients, including their parameters, characteristics, and parts. Additionally, they can generate quotes, create price lists for Distributors, schedule preventive maintenance, create a knowledge base, manage their inventory, generate Pro-Forma, and carry out product shipments.
_TT_Plan_Add_On_Organization
The account with this active Addon will be the one that will manage the Company's accounts, it means, it will have the ability to link Envone ID Accounts and add or remove linked personnel.
Free Plans
Each plan has a free version called “Free”. With “Hub Servicios Free” it is possible to view content while with “Hub Manufacturer Free” you can only view Sales content. Finally, “Free Maintenance Hub” allows you to view content and create elements such as Orders and Purchase Orders.
