It allows users to view information about their equipment, maintenance history, and spare parts, as well as request quotations and send purchase orders. Advanced features such as preventive scheduling, maintenance management, and knowledge base administration are not included in this plan.

This Plan Is Oriented To The Client, Who Is The Owner Of The Machine. The Client Can Manage Machine And Parts Quotation Requests, Generate Purchase Orders, And Perform Maintenance. They Can Also Set Up Preventive Schedules, Create A Knowledge Base, And Receive Work Orders.

Focused On The Distributor, Who Sells Machines And Spare Parts, Issues Extended Warranty Contracts, And Manages Quotations Both For Customers And Manufacturers. Additionally, The Distributor Can Perform Technical Services On The Machines Of Their Customers, Schedule Preventive Maintenance, Create A Knowledge Base, And Generate Proformas And Merchandise Shipments. The Distributor Can Also Take The Manufacturer's Price List And Create A New One For The Customer.

Manufacturers Assemble And Sell Equipment To End Customers, Providing Distributors And Customers With Detailed Information On Items, Including Their Parameters, Features, And Parts. They Can Also Make Quotations, Create Price Lists For Distributors, Set Up Preventive Schedules, Create A Knowledge Base, Manage Their Inventory, Generate Proformas, And Make Merchandise Shipments.
